Combined sports facility for outdoor training – double pull-up bar, horizontal ladder and dip station.
The horizontal ladder can be used by both adolescents and adults, for stretching, pull-ups, chin-ups and other gymnastics exercises. It mainly trains the upper body – biceps, shoulders and back.
The pull-up bars are used for different types of pull-ups and chin-ups, which train the back and biceps. They can also be used for sit-up variations, which train the abdominal muscles.
The dip station is a piece of equipment, which can be used for performing the “dips” exercise. It trains the chest, triceps and shoulders.
